Synergistic means “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”. In other words, when two or more people work together effectively the result is greater than the sum of their individual capabilities.
In 1985, I experienced a “People Factor” Skills for Effective Engagement training program that changed my life! I found myself saying, “Wow, if only I’d had this information before I got married, had children or started teaching college level music!” It so impacted me that I chose to change careers to launch a Training Business to offer this information to others. We’ve graduated over 14,000 people through a variety of multi-media People Factor Skills training programs for Effective Communication, Engagement, Team Building and Leadership. It has been very gratifying for me personally to present these programs hundreds of times, for a wide variety of clients in business, government and aboriginal communities.
For highest impact, I use interactive and multi-media tools to assist in providing a dynamic and stimulating learning environment that gets astonishing results for my clients. What that means is, there’s a lot of discussion and fleshing out of ideas during my seminars. Participants see practical and measurable results in their lives, sometimes that very same day. Often, these changes are seen by their employers immediately.
The ideas and principles taught in my seminar programs have the power to impact all aspects of one’s life: work, family, relationships, money, self-esteem, confidence etc. For those that want to grow and are accepting of this knowledge, my training programs will be positive and life-transforming experiences.

I am a Lifelong Learner! I have taken professional courses in facilitation, leadership development, administration and human resources management with associated studies in human behavior and personnel management; strategic planning, organizational development, change management, needs assessment, time management, personal development, customer service, career management, professional selling, sales management, team building, accelerated learning and public speaking. In 1988, we launched the Peak Performers Toastmasters Club for our seminar graduates. Within a year, this club became the number one club of its kind in Canada and number seven internationally.
What gives me the greatest satisfaction is when I hear from my graduates, sometimes five or ten years later…and they share their story of how our seminar had impacted them and how it continues to have a lasting effect on their life today. Many have shared amazing stories about relationships that had healed and about careers that had taken off as a result. This is the ultimate compliment which brings me a lot of personal satisfaction.
To know that people’s lives have been changed for the better, both personally and professionally, makes what I do so worthwhile. Thank you for the possibility of serving you!
